On October 13, 2023, KING's Solution Corp. representatives, CEO Charles, and Executive Director Sheila, flew from Singapore to Indonesia for a two-day customer visit in Surabaya. This marked the second stop of their Southeast Asia(SEA) Customer Care Journey, aiming to bolster ties with long-term clients and explore new collaboration opportunities. The two clients in Surabaya, AS company and C company, have been collaborating with KING's on five-gallon PET water bottle preform production for several years.

Investing in Recycling R&D for a Sustainable Circular Economy

Upon arrival in Surabaya, AS company sent a welcoming car to pick up the KING's team. AS company specializes in producing various PET and PE bottles and has maintained a partnership with KING's for over 15 years. Charles noted, "As we arrived at the factory, we were pleasantly surprised by the creative atmosphere, resembling a vibrant coffee shop. The factory was filled with young, enthusiastic employees, each radiating with smiles, leaving a lasting impression on us."

KING's engaged in discussions with AS company's founder and CEO about sustainable practices. Charles was surprised to learn that AS company is actively involved in recycling, committed to the reusability of plastics, much like KING's. Charles was delighted and shared his experience in founding the "Taiwanderful Recycling Alliance" in Taiwan.

Additionally, AS company showcased their successful development of PET bottles made from 100% recycled materials during the pandemic. These bottles maintain transparency comparable to brand-new plastic materials, an achievement that left a significant impression.

AS company also expressed their need for eco-friendly new machinery, which aligns perfectly with a machine that KING's has been developing recently. As a result, the CEO of AS company plans to visit Taiwan by the year's end for further exploration.

Assessing Production Status and Offering Equipment Maintenance Recommendations

On the second day, KING's visited C company, a prominent brand in the five-gallon water factory located in the southern part of Surabaya. Multiple KING's PET preform injection machines were observed in operation within the facility. Sheila, Executive Director of KING's, closely observed how the equipment was used by the client and immediately provided suggestions for machine maintenance.

Furthermore, to enhance production efficiency, Sheila introduced the "KING's Water Channel Cleaning Machine." This machine finds applications across various sectors, including automotive parts, household appliances, medical devices, and the electronics industry. It is typically used with water-cooling chilling molds and is known for its eco-friendly features:

  • Chemical-free cleaning, environmentally friendly.
  • Dual-direction pulse cleaning for significantly improved chilling efficiency.
  • No need to disassemble molds, saving time and effort, and automatically removing dirt.
  • Equipped with wheels for easy mobility between different machines.

Charles, CEO of KING's, expressed that this visit is part of their sincere journey to support Indonesian clients. They are committed to strengthening long-term partnerships and providing excellent after-sales services.
